NJ-COSA brings together local NPOs, NPCs, cooperatives, faith-based groups, and community leaders to jointly design and deliver programmes that directly address the needs of each community. By coordinating resources, skills, and local knowledge, this approach avoids duplication, increases reach, and ensures that services are culturally relevant and sustainable.
